The Playbook.
No mission statement. No vision deck. No buzzwords. This is how we actually think, work and make decisions.

16 things that define us.
01 — We don't consult. We solve.
Consultants analyze, advise, schedule follow-ups. We build, fix, deploy — and leave only when it actually works.
02 — Start with the why.
Before we solve a problem, we want to understand why it exists. Sometimes it turns out: there is no problem. That's also a result.
03 — If you can explain it, you can solve it.
Unclear problems aren't unsolvable — they're just unfinished thinking. We help ask the right questions. Then we solve it.
04 — Simple is still solved.
If there's a simple solution, we take it. We don't want to maximize hours — we want problems gone. Others may need our time more urgently.
05 — We love problems nobody dares to touch.
The more unsolvable something seems, the more awake we get. "That's not possible" isn't a warning — it's an invitation.
06 — We play football.
No boss. No org chart. Everyone knows their position, everyone is in the game. When we show up, we don't watch from the sidelines.
07 — No hierarchies. Because we don't need them.
We believe flat teams work faster, more honestly, and better. A football team doesn't have 200 players either — and still wins.
08 — Eye level is non-negotiable.
We've worked with companies where internal pressure gets passed down to service providers. That's no fun — and we reserve the right to end such a collaboration.
09 — Trust over control.
We don't need a weekly check-in to prove we're working. And you don't need one to feel safe. Trust is faster than control.
10 — Everyone helps everyone.
Nobody is perfect. Nobody knows everything. Those who pretend otherwise are lying — to themselves or others. Asking questions is not a weakness here. And when someone is out, we cover each other — just like on the field.
11 — Build in public.
We show how we work — including the mistakes. Those who have nothing to hide don't need to hide anything. You can't get more authentic than that.
12 — We don't need to grow xx% every year.
What matters far more is that we enjoy our work and are proud of what we do. Small teams can achieve extraordinary things — with the right people.
13 — We love unconventional.
Uniformity gets boring. Thinking around corners is in our DNA.
14 — Communication is essential.
When there are issues, we talk. Directly, openly, without detours. Problems that aren't spoken about don't solve themselves.
15 — We'll tell you when it's a bad idea.
Even if you're paying us for it. And we'll tell you when you don't need us — and who you should call instead.
16 — Mistakes happen.
We own them, analyze what went wrong — and do better. A culture without mistakes is a culture without progress.
